What is your home warranty?
We warranty all parts and materials for one full year after the home is built and inspected. We offer a wide variety of home warranty extension packages.

Typically how long does it take to build a home?
The number of months vary. If you have a lot and know what type of home you would like to build it could be as soon as 6-8 months once permits are obtained. For custom homes the time is longer as special orders must be placed. Typically a home can take up to one full year once permits are obtained.
